DACA Requirements at a Glance
🧒 Age & Arrival Requirements
- You were under 31 years old as of June 15, 2012.
- You entered the United States before turning 16.
🏠 Residency Requirements
- You have lived continuously in the U.S. since June 15, 2007.
- You were physically present in the U.S. on June 15, 2012.
- You are physically present in the US.S. when you submit your DACA application.
- You had no lawful immigration status on June 15, 2012..
🎓 Education or Military Requirements
- You are currently in school, have graduated, or obtained a GED
- OR you were honorably discharged from the U.S. Armed Forces or Coast Guard.
⚖️ Criminal History Requirements
- You have no felony, no significant misdemeanor, and no more than three misdemeanors (not including driving without a license).
- You are not considered a threat to national security or public safety.
